Aakarshika Chawla is a co-founder of Y&A Legal and an advocate with over four years of experience in commercial law, dispute resolution, and compliance advisory.
Before co-founding Y&A Legal in August 2025, Aakarshika practiced commercial litigation and arbitration, progressing to Principal Associate at a Delhi-based firm, with experience before the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court on commercial disputes, arbitration, and contractual matters. She also holds a WIPO certification in intellectual property rights.
At Y&A Legal, Aakarshika leads the firm’s contracts and compliance practice, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements including SaaS agreements, MSAs, NDAs, vendor and co-founder agreements, ESOP documentation, and employment contracts and advises on POSH compliance, including policy drafting, Internal Committee setup, and training.
She brings her dispute-resolution background to this advisory work, helping clients structure agreements and policies that anticipate where disputes typically arise.
