Yuvraj Rana is a co-founder of Y&A Legal and an advocate with over four years of experience across litigation, regulatory compliance, and commercial advisory.
Before co-founding Y&A Legal in August 2025, Yuvraj built an independent litigation practice handling civil, contractual, and regulatory matters, drafting pleadings, legal notices, and opinions, and representing clients before courts and tribunals.
At Y&A Legal, Yuvraj leads the firm’s litigation practice in Delhi while advising startups and growing businesses on DPDP Act 2023 compliance, including privacy policies, consent frameworks, and data processing agreements. He also works on commercial contracts, FEMA and NRI advisory, and cross-border matters, bringing a litigator’s risk-awareness to advisory work, including advising international clients on India-side registration and documentation for cross-border engagements.
